Serving the Treasure Valley of Idaho in person, and worldwide online!
Prenatal Education: All classes are available privately in the client's home or online. These private classes are custom created to fit each family's needs. Classes include:
-Pregnancy Class
-Birth & Postpartum Preparation
-Breastfeeding Basics
-Newborn Care Class
-Using Essential Oils for Pregnancy, Labor, Breastfeeding, & Babies
Postpartum Support Visits: All parents need support after the delivery of their baby. This hour long visit includes freshly baked goods, lactation support, help with light housework and newborn duties, and gives parents time for self care.
Placenta Prints: The placenta supports your baby's life throughout the entire pregnancy. Placenta prints are an artistic way to honor this life-giving organ and cherish a birth keepsake. Paint is used on the placenta to create the "tree of life" that your baby has looked at for 9 months in utero. I will create the prints and deliver them to you!
Herbal Products:
-Peri-Tea: This jar contains black tea and lavender, and your choice of calendula, rose petals, or hibiscus, all which promote healing of the postpartum tissues after birth. Use in your peri-bottle, in a soothing bath, or to make frozen peri-pads.
-Baby & Me Bath Time Tea: Calming herbs for a soothing bath for your baby! This jar contains chamomile and lavender, and your choice of calendula, rose petals, or hibiscus. Each herb is packed with healing qualities! Add these herbs to your bath during labor for a peaceful delivery of your baby!
-Baby & Me Relaxing Mist: This mist contains rose water and pure lavender essential oil. It can be used to spray your bed and baby's bed, or baby's pajamas, to aid with relaxation and sleep.
-Red Raspberry Leaf Tea: Red raspberry leaves are rich in B vitamins, which are especially vital during pregnancy for fetal development. Because this tea is so high in iron, it may prevent anemia common for some women during pregnancy. The leaves also tone and tighten the uterus and pelvic muscles which may shorten labor and speed postpartum healing! This herbal tea is caffeine free, has a mild flavor, and can be enjoyed throughout the entire pregnancy, labor, and during breastfeeding! The leaves home-grown organically and hand picked!
