Breastfeeding Award of Excellence
Kailey Warburton, RN-c, IBCLC, BSN of Twin Falls, Idaho

Kailey graduated from University of Washington's Nursing Program in 2015 and immediately began her career at the nation's first baby-friendly hospital, Evergreen Health, as a Labor, Delivery, Postpartum and Triage RN. After eight years at Evergreen, Kailey and her husband moved to Twin Falls, Idaho to plant their family roots.
Currently, Kailey is the owner of "Kailey The Mama Coach" serving families through in-home prenatal, lactation, and sleep support throughout the greater Magic Valley. She also provides support to IBCLCs across Idaho, helping them get credentialed with insurance companies so they can offer wider access to feeding support to more families.
As a RN and IBCLC, she provides education, assessment, and guidance with equal amounts of empathy. You'll often hear her say "if it's not a problem for you, it's not a problem". Kailey also works at St. Luke's Magic Valley as a general educator.
Kailey has served on the Idaho Breastfeeding Coalition Board of Directors for more than 3 years. She serves as our USBC representative, connecting and expanding Idaho’s breastfeeding support at a national level. She hosted the 2024 Idaho Breastfeeding summit in Twin Falls, creating an opportunity for healthcare professionals to expand their breastfeeding knowledge.
Kailey is married to Cory, your typical Idaho raised hunter, fisher, meat eater and kindest husband ever. Together, they have three children.. More than likely you will see Kailey out on the trampoline with her kids, at the park, or planning a vacation so she can get to the sun!

“Kailey is an exceptional, extremely knowledgeable lactation consultant. I reached out to her for personal assistance with nursing my last baby, as well as referred all of my clients to her that are having struggles outside of things that I as a doula can help with. She is so helpful and willing to help whoever and whenever she can.”
“Kailey works hard in teaching and helping breastfeeding mothers. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and dedication help mothers become more confident and less stressed in feeding their babies.”
